Bold Jumping Spider or Daring Jumping Spider (Phidippus audax) (May 11, 2011)
These spiders are beautiful. They have bright iridescent blue or green chelicerae with a mostly black body and a few stripes and spots here or there. The markings start off with an orange tint but change to be white as the spider gets older. 

Black Widow (Latrodectus mactans) (May 11, 2011)
The name "Widow" refers to its practice of eating the male after mating. This spider is not one to be played with. Its bite can be fatal.
